 Over the past 30 years, magnetic treatment of water has been proven to reduce "hardness" caused mainly by calcium and magnesium. Water treatment magnets can prevent deposits of these minerals on the inside of pipe walls, and descale the existing buildup of solids. Although treatment begins when installed, descaling can take up to six months in heavily crusted pipes. Magnetized water is softer, feels wetter and cleaner, and is free of the additives used in other types of water treatments.

       The WMT4 water treater is for all copper or plastic pipes up to 1/2" in diameter. The south pole of the magnet is marked with an "S". Water flow direction should be from North magnetic pole to South magnetic pole. This illustration shows the proper application of this magnet to the pope. Excellent for ice machines, water coolers, refrigerators with ice cube makers, and coffee makers with piped-in water.
