    A/C Booster Super cooler

    Automatic energy management for central air conditioning

  • A/C Booster Super cooler, a controlled drip system using r.o. water (reverse osmosis) delivery on the condensing coil when appropriate exhaust air temperatures are reached.  The Booster only operates when extra cooling power is needed to BOOST COOLING POWER and the units energy efficiency. Otherwise it operates in standby mode using no water. 
  • Water is cheaper than electricity and the power saved vastly outweighs water costs.  Here in the valley the cost for Booster summer water usage would be approximately $16.68.  Generally, a swamp cooler uses more than 50,000 gallons of water seasonally costing $46.30

    The A/C Booster’s drip tube is placed on the upper portion of the  air intake of the condenser coil. The evaporating water droplets super cool air passing over the condenser and greatly increase the heat transfer rate.  Now the condensing unit will operate at a much higher efficiency and lower cost. It will also extend the useful life of compressor, etc.

    The principle is simply to present an air intake temperature at the condenser coil that the equipment was designed for. All manufacturers specifications indicate that the hotter the air across the condenser, during cooling mode, the lower the efficiency.   What is the use of paying high dollars for a new high efficiency unit when it goes out to lunch on so called SEER Rating when the temperature rises above its design. Where is your Booster?

    Here is a great EXAMPLE !!!!!  If you have central air ---

    A 60,000 BTUH air conditioner at 80 degrees (f) ambient, may drop to only 36,000 to 42,000 BTUH when the ambient temperature rises to the 100 - 120 degree (f) level. In the Southwest, it is common for rooftop temperatures to reach 140 degrees or more during high heat periods. Precisely, what the A/C Booster Supercooler is engineered to prevent thus saving the compressor from over heating and excessive electrical consumption.

    Sizing of air conditioning systems is based upon a number of factors, when any of the design considerations are not met; the air conditioning system is relatively oversized for the cooling load and thus, less efficient. A/C Booster Super cooler patented process determines the “cooling demand” and “thermal characteristics” of the entire air conditioning system by analyzing the condenser’s  “ heat exchange,” and dynamically modifies that “cool cycle pattern” to provide the required amount of cooling in the most efficient manner.

  • Electricity is provided from the condenser’s 24 volt thermostat wires and does not interfere with the existing controls, and will not cause the compressor to run unless the existing thermostat is calling for it to do so.

    A/C Booster Super cooler improves the thermal efficiency of air conditioning systems, by supplementing the heat removal process and will not interfere with on/off action of the thermostat (even a “smart” one) with the analysis and control capabilities of a computer.
